About Us
Mark Reding, in 1991 at the age of 13, started training in the martial arts under an instructor named Mike Woodson where he earned his 1st degree black belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate in 1995. In 1994, Mark started his training in American Kenpo Karate under Tim Bullot where he earned his first degree black belt in 1999, and his third degree black belt in 2007. In 1996, Mark went after his dream of teaching others the art, and opened his own school. In 1999 Mark began his training in Jeet Kune Do Concepts, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Jack McVicker of Indiana, where he continues to travel to train. Mark earned his Apprentice Instructorship in 2000, and his Phase I Instructorship in 2004. In 2006, Mark earned his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and plans to continue in his training to further his knowledge.

Nick Reding, in 1996 at the age of 14, began training with his brother Mark where Nick earned his 1st degree black belt in 2003 in American Kenpo Karate. Nick also trains under Jack McVicker where Nick has also earned a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and his Apprentice and Phase I Instructorship. Nick helped his brother Mark open Reding Martial Arts when he was 14, and continues to teach as he goes to college.
